Our free flow conveyors are customized for palletized assembly lines. The conveyors use 2.5X speed free flow nylon roller chain which enables easy accumulation on the assembly stations. The chain uses a unique combination of small and large rollers to achieve high speed and allows accumulation with low noise.
Our free flow conveyors are customized for palletized assembly lines. The conveyors use 2.5X speed free flow nylon roller chain which enables easy accumulation on the assembly stations. The chain uses a unique combination of small and large rollers to achieve high speed and allows accumulation with low noise. The stations are equipped with spring loaded stopper cylinder for stopping of the pallets at the desired station without stopping the entire line. The stopping time at each assembly station is controlled by the operator and the stopper can be disengaged using foot pedal or push button switch.
Customization for online testing can be done by installing single phase/three phase bus bar system with spring loaded power collectors. These power collectors transfer the power supply to the bus bar on the pallets which is transmitted to the assembly through plug and socket. Other customizations include an empty pallet return line under the main line and pallet lifts at both ends to form a closed loop assembly line with automatic transfer of empty pallets from end of the line to the starting of the line.
The system can also be customized with other free flow conveyors for online aging of the assemblies for the desired (often user controlled) time period and into rework lines.
For white goods such as LED TVs and other delicate items different types of pallet fixtures are available with EP foam and antistatic cloth for padded protection of the screen. Other customizations can only so be done on need basis.
